This filling machine specially is for producing 3Gallon&5Gallon  for distilled water and purified water. It integrates bottle washing, filling, and capping into one unit. Bottle washing stations can be customized according to customer's requirement. It is suitable for using in the 5 gallon bottle filling line.

Working process:
6stages washing  
1: Hot alkaline cleaning
2: Clean water recycle washing
3: Chlorine internal washing
4: Chlorine water washing
5: Pure water internal washing
6: Pure water internal washing
After washing, the bottle goes into filling segment , then goes into capping segment automatically.
