The equipment is composed of frame,frame shell,spindle seat,spindle,gear wheel,carrier gear,upper top plate ,
water tank,leak test shelf,into the barrel of star wheel gear,into the barrel of star wheel,out the barrel of star wheel gear,
out the barrel of star wheel,into the barrel board,transmission,motor,pneumatic component and conveyor chain etc.
work principle:
The machine is adopted water、electricity 、gas and 12 work station rotary leak way.Firstly,the straight conveyor
delivered barrels to the into barrel of star wheel ,the star wheel send the barrels to the leak test shelf,when main
engine is working ,the solenoid valve was opened by cam,the control cylinder push down the barrels of the leak
test shelf into the water tank,and opening the valve to inflate the barrel at the same time,the air pressure is 0.18Mpa,
the bad barrels will bubble when the barrels are immersed in water fully after 1-2 seconds,in this way,the operation
staff is easy to check bad barrels and take away the bad one .
